Our kitchen ensures the freshness of produce by daily sourcing from local veggies gardens, including milk from village Gaushalas. Our staff including the chefs belong to the local community of the hills. In harmony with our Kumaoni culture, on special requests they can whip up authentic Kumaoni delicacies as part of our luxuriant menus.
